1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the fb0001 online gaming website accessible at fb0001.club and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of fb0001.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the User on the fb0001 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User and held in their Account for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted to the User subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which the Company verifies the identity and age of the User.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 The fb0001 Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Online gaming in the Philippines requires players to be aged 21 and above pursuant to applicable PAGCOR regulations.
2. You are a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of the Company, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

2.2 By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.1. The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2.3 Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein pending investigation.

2.4 The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly when it changes. The Company is not liable for losses or delays caused by inaccurate registration information.

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Upon successful registration, the Company will create an Account for you that grants access to the Platform's gaming and banking features.

3.2 You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. You must keep your fb0001 login credentials — including your password and any one-time verification codes — strictly confidential.

3.3 You must notify fb0001 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your Account security. Notification should be made through the live chat support channel available 24/7 on the Platform.

3.4 The Company will never request your password or OTP through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from fb0001 that requests your password or PIN should be treated as fraudulent and reported to fb0001 support immediately.

3.5 The Company reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, the User's Real Money Balance will be preserved.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

4.1 All transactions on the fb0001 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). The Company does not accept transactions in foreign currency.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and by the User's current VIP tier.

4.3 The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable processing times:

• GCash — Deposits: instant. Withdrawals: typically 15–30 minutes.
• PayMaya — Deposits: instant. Withdrawals: typically 20–45 minutes.
• BPI — Deposits: 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals: 1–4 hours.
• BDO — Deposits: 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals: 1–6 hours.
• Metrobank — Deposits: 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals: 1–6 hours.
• 7-Eleven (OTC cash-in) — Deposits only.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method other than one verifiably owned by the registered Account holder.

4.5 All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Users who have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but may not withdraw any funds until identity verification is successfully completed.

4.6 The Company may temporarily delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. The User will be notified of any such hold and the Company will endeavor to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 The Company may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, or other incentives to registered Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

5.2 Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on the fb0001 Platform:

1. Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and held separately from Real Money Balance until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
2. The default wagering requirement applicable to deposit bonuses is thirty-five (35) times the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless the individual promotion states otherwise.
3. Bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements at varying rates depending on the game type played. Typically: slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; Dragon Tiger contributes 10%; bingo contributes 25%; sports betting contributes 50%.
4. Bonus offers may be subject to time limits. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the expiry of the applicable period will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Balance.
5. Maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings may apply. Refer to individual promotion terms for applicable limits.

5.3 Weekly cashback bonuses offered through the fb0001 VIP program are calculated on the User's net losses for the applicable period and credited as Real Money Balance (not Bonus Balance) with no wagering requirement attached, unless the VIP program terms published on the Platform expressly state otherwise.

5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a User's Account prior to the modification date.

5.5 The Company reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings and any associated real money winnings in cases where the User is found to have exploited promotional terms in bad faith, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of low-risk wagers to fulfill wagering requirements.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the fb0001 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Dragon Tiger, and sports betting — operate under specific game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

6.2 All slot and RNG-based table games on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcomes of RNG games are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by either the User or the Company.

6.3 The Company strictly prohibits the following conduct, and breach of this clause will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities where required:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, malfunctions, or gaps in game logic for financial gain.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering with other Users to gain unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks initiated on deposits through third-party payment providers.
• Any conduct intended to defraud the Company or other Platform Users.

6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the Company reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return any wagers placed during the malfunction period. The Company is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 fb0001 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Company provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users, accessible from within the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before any upward adjustment.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the User when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying net session wins and losses.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and override any active promotions.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary break period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which the Account is inaccessible for wagering but funds remain available for withdrawal.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the fb0001 Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface design, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company's total liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the value of the User's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose; or (b) ₱10,000.

9.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

9.3 The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously and free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and other factors outside the Company's reasonable control may affect Platform availability from time to time.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

10 Account Closure and Termination

10.1 You may request closure of your fb0001 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, your Real Money Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable outstanding Bonus Balance and pending verification requirements.

10.2 The Company reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Company is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory order, or law enforcement request.
• The User has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months. Dormant Account management fees may apply as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.
• The Company determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 The Company collects, processes, and stores User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 The Company may be required to disclose User information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units pursuant to applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the fb0001 Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance. Users should contact fb0001 customer support with a detailed description of the dispute.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.4 Nothing in this clause limits a User's rights to escalate complaints to PAGCOR or other applicable regulatory authorities with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users by email or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the fb0001 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
